Warranty void if:

  • Any Modifications: Making alterations to the product will result in the warranty being void.
  • Mechanical Damages: The warranty does not cover damages caused by mechanical impact.
  • Damage to Warranty Void Stickers: Any actions that result in damage to warranty void stickers will invalidate the product's warranty.

Care Instructions

Filter Care Instructions:
The ND1 and ND2 model is equipped with non-washable filters that require specialized care. These filters are not designed to be cleaned or washed with water or any other liquids. Excessive cleaning may compromise their effectiveness.

Optimal Cleaning Frequency:

At least once every 40 services.
To ensure the device's sustained efficiency, we recommend cleaning the filter once a week. Frequent cleaning improves its performance.

Replacement Reminder:
If you observe a significant decline in suction power, it's time to replace the filter. Generally, under regular use and proper maintenance, the filter lasts not less than 6 months.

Note: Regular maintenance ensures prolonged efficiency and optimal performance of your device. Remember to handle non-washable filters with caution and avoid contact with water or cleaning agents.

Returns

Return Policy:

  1. Return Period: Customers are eligible to return the product within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email us at nailsdoneshop@gmail.com, and we will provide further instructions.
  2. Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  3. Condition of the Product for Return: The product must be returned without visible damage and in its original packaging.
  4. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
  5. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to returned items.
